Technology That Works Better for the Business and the People Running It

iQberry helps established organisations modernise legacy systems, connect data and platforms, improve architecture, and identify where AI can create practical business value.

Why organisations trust iQberry

iQberry was built by leaders who spent years working in demanding operational environments where system reliability, decision speed, and delivery quality had direct business consequences.

That background still shapes how we work today. We focus on clarity, accountability, and technology that holds up in real operating conditions instead of abstract transformation language.

Operational perspective

We understand what happens when systems, suppliers, reporting, and day-to-day operations stop working together under pressure.

Delivery credibility

Our background is rooted in execution, not theory. We stay close to the work and care about whether change actually lands.

How we work

We favour clear judgment, calm collaboration, and practical decisions over hype, unnecessary complexity, or technology for its own sake.

What clients rely on us for

Clarity in difficult situations, strong technical judgment, and delivery support that turns complex problems into workable next steps.

“We started iQberry because too many businesses were carrying technology that made work harder, not better.”

Founder story

How iQberry started

We did not meet at a conference or in a startup accelerator. Work brought us together, in environments that were complex, demanding, and often under pressure.

For more than ten years, we worked in leadership roles in the same company, responsible for different areas but repeatedly facing the same reality. Businesses were growing, while the technology behind them was becoming harder to trust, harder to change, and less useful than it should have been.

We saw failed implementations, systems no one fully understood, and data that existed but was not helping people make better decisions. We saw teams holding operations together with spreadsheets, workarounds, and persistence.

Over time, one thing became impossible to ignore. The problems were rarely unique.

Businesses were growing, but technology was not keeping up. Systems had been implemented, but they were not helping enough. Data was being collected, but it was not being used well.

The issue was not usually a lack of effort. More often, it was a lack of clarity, joined-up thinking, and technology that truly supported the business.

At some point, the conversation changed. It was no longer just another discussion about what was going wrong. It became a question of whether there was a better way to do this work.

We did not want to create another software company focused on building more for the sake of it. We wanted to help organisations make better use of what they already had, modernise what was holding them back, connect systems and data properly, improve architecture, and identify where AI could create practical business value.

So we stepped away from leadership roles and started iQberry, bringing together experience in delivery, operations, systems, data, and technology strategy, along with a shared belief that good technology should make work lighter, not heavier.

Today, we work with organisations facing operational complexity, fragmented platforms, legacy constraints, and growing pressure to use AI in ways that are practical, measured, and worth the investment.

What drives us has stayed the same. In the end, it was never just about technology. It was always about the people relying on it every day, and making sure it helps them move forward.

iQberry culture

Our culture shapes how we approach complexity, make decisions, and deliver change. We value clarity, accountability, and technology that holds up in real operating conditions.

Why we exist

We help make technology easier to work with by reducing friction, improving reliability, and turning complexity into something teams can actually manage.

What we value

We look for clarity before action, question assumptions early, and take ownership of outcomes rather than stopping at advice.

How we think

We combine business context with technical depth so decisions about AI, data, platforms, and architecture are practical, proportionate, and worth making.

What drives us

We care about technology that performs under pressure, supports the people using it every day, and creates real business value over time.

Common problems we solve

We work with organisations that need to reduce complexity, improve operational performance, and make AI, data, and technology decisions with more confidence.

Disconnected systems

Critical information sits across too many tools and teams, creating delays, manual reconciliation, and avoidable mistakes.

Manual operations

Valuable time is lost to repetitive tasks, spreadsheet-heavy work, and operational processes that should be better structured or automated.

Delivery uncertainty

Leaders need clearer visibility into risks, dependencies, and whether systems, suppliers, or delivery plans will hold up under pressure.

AI without ROI

AI ambition is growing, but the business case is often weak. We help identify where AI can add measurable value and deliver it in a practical way.
